A quick check of flight stats suggests that the arrival time doesn't change between those flights in march departing at 7.15pm and those in April departing at 8pm departure - so it must be a daylight savings update?
The 6.30pm to 7.15pm change I'm not sure about...
Or a flight time adjustment for winter and summer average winds,which make about a 1 hour difference on this route.
