It's a long story, but Iberia wouldn't honor their business class sale (and has a decent case) so I was told by the supervisor who called me back to tell me this (and failed to mention a current sale was ongoing) that it would take a minimum of four weeks to redeposit. I don't need the miles right now, but this seems unusually long. They are refunding everything but the 25 euro fee and I rebooked online.
Original booking had to be done over the phone, and they supposedly were not supposed to take this booking.....but they went to the length of listening to all the calls.

Now, if the supervisor tells me minimum 4 weeks.....what do you guys/gals think about a way to shorten it. I had to transfer 50k AMEX which I hate transferring to BA, then use them on Iberia.
I have 160k Avios floating around somewhere
