I am surprised (and disappointed) that US Airways does not automatically rebook elites or proactively call them. Why should I have to call them just to get on the next available flight?
I called the CP Desk several times today and call volume was so high the call was disconnected or the system told me to call back.

I will admit it was extremely harsh today ... AA EXP couldn't get through to the US CP line either ... at some point I said F-this .... I will live like the masses and deal with it in the morning at the airport ....
