I believe the change my trip link does not display once online check-in has been completed.
I am surprised (and disappointed) that US Airways does not automatically rebook elites or proactively call them. Why should I have to call them just to get on the next available flight?
I called the CP Desk several times today and call volume was so high the call was disconnected or the system told me to call back.
