I think the issue is the same with theHotel. theHotel is far from everything as well. However, one big advantage is that Encore offers you Wynn's breakfast buffet which is one of the best on the strip. theHotel's breakfast is also not shabby as well....
However, generally i think the prices for thehotel are a lot lower like 50-100 lower than Encore. I also think theHotel is more catered for the younger crowd vs Encore.
Wynncore Pros:
Best breakfast amenity for FHR properties in LAS ($80 credit daily, includes room service. Hello?)
Standard rooms are larger than others. Encore even more so.
Encore Spa > Wynn Spa
Encore Pool is quieter than Wynn Pool
Service is very good
THEHotel Pros:
Room price point
Close to LAS, easier to walk to other properties
Pretty good breakfast amenity
