5A-B are the best seats on that plane. Did a red-eye from SFO to DTW on one and was stuck in 5D. Limited recline.
If you don't plan on sleeping, i.e., needing to stretch out, take the aisle if that's what you prefer. I personally prefer windows on long flights because I rarely get up and don't want to get stuck in the aisle having to let out someone who gets up 27 times.
As for me, I avoid the bulkhead b/c I'm 6'5". The bulkhead on this plane did not look any roomier than any other.
