You would have to be careful not to derive any benefit from this transaction yourself - i.e., don't try to declare a tax deduction for the donation or it could be considered barter.

Another issue you'll definitely run into is that Suite Night Awards require you to be present. Even though it's not always enforced, you really don't want to raise any issues with SPG.
