As a consumer w/ both UA Chase Explorer card and AA Platinum Citi card, the frustrating thing is that Chase won't/can't send a replacement card with a chip in it. So if I'm ever in a place that can't read mag-stripe I'll be forced to use the AA card which has foreign transaction fees associated with it, unlike the UA card which needs to be mag-swiped.
