You got F lounge access (and only to UA IFL) is only because of your GS status and only if you fly UA metal. When you fly other *A partners, your GS status will be known as *G, no different than a 1K, Premier Platinum and Premier Gold, therefore C lounge access when you are flying C, 2 cabin or 3 cabin aircraft is totally irrelevant.

Just think about would you be able to access LH FCT/FCL in FRA or MUC when you are flying a 2 class LH 744 or 343 base on your GS status ? or access TG F lounge at BKK when flying TG's 2 class 333, 772, 77W ? Absolutely NOT !
