When my mobile bp updated, there was no longer a seq number and for seat it said "see agent." I went to a kiosk, which showed my seat, but printed a bp that was the same as the mobile bp. Got to the gate and the agent fixed it--he said had to uncheck then recheck me in for the flight--wasn't sure why it happened.
Applying an upgrade after checking in is the reason. This is a huge bug that needs to be fixed as it results in downgrades.
