Would you redeem points or pay nightly rate?
I appreciate your opinion regarding 1 night at the Intercontinental Hotel Hong Kong.

My choice is:
1. redeem 45,000 points plus pay $104. USD for Deluxe Harbor View Room
OR
2. Pay $419. USD Friends & Family rate for Deluxe Harbor View Room (no point redemption)

Which is better? Never sure how to value hotel points.
