I think they had some pretty major systems problems yesterday. I called AE to figure out something with a booking and she said all their systems were down and I had to call back.

My sense is that AC uses AE for identity management and so when AE goes down you can't sign-in to the AC site and have to continue as a guest for all bookings, etc.
