It was weather cancellation…I had booked a trip to HNL a long time ago, after finding rare Z inventory on the 767 from DFW….now, of course, there aren't any Z seats to be had on any plane to HNL (even the 757 from LAX), so she said the best she could do was coach, even though they are showing F seats on expertflyer. She said that "award tickets are different" and they don't have to rebook me in F. She actually made it sound like a favor accommodating me in Y class.
