Lobby Lounge is where? not a cafe/ restaurant? I am not sure if virtuoso or FHR's breakfast are the same place.
The FHR standard benefit is a served continental breakfast in the restaurant. Some hotels offer a full English breakfast or full hot and cold breakfast buffet, sometimes as the special amenity (so in lieu of a spa treatment, lunch, guaranteed early check in, limo to airport, F&B credit, etc.).
