You say you used cards of other family members, but are you trying to order through the same Amex account? You are limited to $5K per account on Amex for personal cards. You could order business cards instead if you are trying to order on the same account. If you don't have an account with Amex, then I don't know how that works, maybe the same address is then treating these all as one account.
