Probably, it usually written as "Es Degan" (es = ice). Jakarta should use that term, Central & east java definitely use that term.

That's just bad name, as I said, beside the Bebek Betutu & Babi Guling, there's nothing else worth to eat in Bali. I don't think these dishes make a good fusion dish with Thai food
