Two hours should be adequate under normal circumstance. Just in case your incomingflight was delayed, it'd be better to pick a connecting airline which has backup flights to put you on. Finally, it would be better to put the whole trip on one pnr.

Looking at the DEL-IXC schedule, AI would be fine, but it comes with a guaranteed wait. I might take my chances on Jet because if you miss 645 they have another flight at 1105. Spicejet would be my last preference.
