perhaps that OR the system kept kicing the OP into F for free when the GA was trying to enter the paid upgrade
She ran my card and gave me a receipt so I'm pretty sure she charged me. Hopefully this was a misinformed agent.
I'm still going to share my experience with MP customer service as I'm guessing they can track down the agent based the agent code on my receipt. Seems like a "teachable moment" at a minimum.
