TP could try to do similar things to some of the narrow body aircrafts. DME, HEL, DKR, ACC, RAI are longe flights with a very bad Business Class product. Even TP Business class on the 330 and 340 fleet isn't really up to date compared to their neighbor in Spain.... Just my thoughts that could bring them an added value the small investment.

TAP is a small airline with an increasingly ambitious network. Its fleet needs to match the requirements of a variety of routes. I'm not sure why a dedicated, inflexible, fixed, 2X2 business cabin in narrow-bodies would generate higher revenue on routes such as Sao Tome, but it would certainly be a headache when it was switched to London or Frankfurt.
