For the Fujian part, I would spend 1 day at the Hakka tulou area (about 3-ish hours from Xiamen but not on the bullet train route), 2 days in Xiamen city including one on Gulangyu Island, 1 day in Quanzhou, maybe a couple of days at Wuyishan west of Fuzhou for some outdoor scenery. That's 1 week. You need not spend time in Fuzhou city which is more business than tourist, but you can fly from Fuzhou to Qingdao, then return Qingdao to Guangzhou to save time.

Qingdao 2 full days for city is enough, maybe a 3rd day to go to Laoshan nearby.
