Update: Finally got in touch with corporate travel. They confirmed the ticket was booked as a roundtrip and had no explanation for how one flight was cancelled and the other wasn't. Just a fluke, I guess. The ticket's now cancelled and no longer showing on delta.com. Joys of travel
