Fastbreak is a huge timesaver at PHX, even though you must take the shuttle bus over, which is deadly slow. Bypass the counters upstairs and head down the escalator. Once at the bottom, there is a booth for Fastbreak customers. 4/5 of my last visits, I am the only customer there and out of the airport, while upstairs there are 10-20 people in line. On that last visit, I had a prepaid customer who thought if they argued long enough, they would get Fastbreak benefits. Once they capitulated and went upstairs, I was out in no time.

I have never been permitted to pick my own car.
