I am thrilled to be on my first ever Smartium flight BUT I cannot get the seat I want. When I called OZ to reserve a window seat for a departure two months out I was told all window seats were taken. Probing the agent she said she only has access to two rows of seating, rows 3 and 4. Is it normal for OZ to block four out of six rows? And for whom? At the moment my reservation does not contain my *Gold number. Would it help my choice if I added it?
