It is critical to structure this in terms of DOT regulations. And stating in writing that we can't have all the normal advertised features of an F fare, unless we pay more, due to an erroneous fare, amounts to EY shooting themselves in the foot. @:-)
Have anyone received such statement in writing from EY? WHen I spoke w/EY she quickly (and arrogantly) said "ma'am you are welcome to pay the fare difference if you want access to lounge, limo, etc"- I wanted to scream at her but thought it'd be a waste of time. I did tell her that EY needed to honor all the perks that came with F class- no exception. She kept saying, fare was coded wrong, so we reserve the right to modify the amenities. What the heck does that even mean?
So at this point it'd be useless for me to file complaint with DOT since it's verbal he says she says?
