One time I stepped outside to the pool patio with my plate to eat, and couldn't get my key to let me back into the breakfast area. The employee entrance door was propped open, so I went in that way. That took me into the kitchen, where I saw a big plastic foodservice bag o' scrambled eggs going 'round and 'round in the microwave.
Even though this was a relatively new HI, the food prep area was not that large. I don't know what they can do to improve the hot items in that space.
