Generally, any base room rate found on www.hyatt.com is bookable by DSU. The suite availability is sometimes not shown on www.hyatt.com, thus its best to call in and inquire about availability using the DSU. HGP will check and confirm booking. An email is sent to you confirming details.

I've generally booked by Elite Rate, AAA utilizing the DSU.
