Running hot b/c I've done a few late bookings and also made the mistake of flying during the championship game in Pasadena (B fare 3+ wks out). At the current rate w/ rollover, I'll have to put in an extra 10k miles to hit DM MQDs if I don't AMEX out of the equation. It'll get worse if I start being more aggressive about booking further out.
