BusinessFirst
So here is a question.
Is BusinessFirst service supposed to be the same across all planes?(minus the seat of course)
Obviously only international and it would be different if you are going east, west, or south.
But shouldn't you get the same service on a 2 cabin with BusinessFirst as you do with a 3 cabin with BusinessFirst going to the same destination?
I ask because the BusinessFirst service I get on a 2 cabin plane is like GlobalFirst on a 3 cabin plane.
Or is this just managements way to look at customer complaints about the different services and say that pmUA has more issues, complaints, whatever then the pmCO that offer the same service which is not the same service.
