This could be said for any neighborhood, in any city at any time.
We get it, you own live there and like that area (as you should).

Please note that you may feel more comfortable with it than someone visiting for the first time due to the fact that you have spent so much time there. As such, we are simply pointing out that perhaps you shouldn't make the assumption that everyone feels the same way you do on their first visit. For instance, OPs can accidentally walk 4 blocks in the wrong direction at night without paying attention and end up in the area others are saying to be wary of.

The fact that you jump all over any post stating that it might be anything other than totally safe and a convenient walk with luggage is beginning to look like you are trying a bit too hard to sell us on the idea.
