I was approached by CC on my flight on Friday and told:

'Sorry Sir, do you know a Mr Villiers?'
'No, I cant say that I do'
'Have you recently retained your Gold status level?'
'Yes, last week'
'Ah, that would explain it then. Mr Villiers is a Senior member of our Gold Customer Service line. If you have any problems, please give him a call and ask for him'
'Great, many thanks'...
