I'm guessing you meant that, in addition to Xiamen, you want to visit other cities in Fujian Province? Whether or not this is the case, the Shenzhen-Xiamen HSR is now operational and should give you lots of options to choose from.

Between Xiamen and Qingdao and Qingdao back to Guangzhou, you'll want to fly.
