seatguru says row 20 has extra leg room. It most certainly does not. Rows 19 and 21 appear to have extra leg room. Row 20 has 1 seat on the left, 2 seats on the right (instead of 2-3) but you are very close to row 19 and there is zero recline. HORRID seats, avoid.
I think these are the refurbed 717s? They have in-seat power anyway.
