I called and cancelled my Mileage Plus Explorer card a couple of weeks back and the agent did not even offer to try me a credit of the fee or bonus miles to keep me as a card member. Then today I called and cancelled my Mileage Plus Select credit card and the same thing happened, no offer to try to keep me on.

Did I just get a representative that didn't care or maybe my spending wasn't much this past year?
