No that's not Air France fault. But they assured us already in the plane from Waw to Paris (the same as from Paris to Montreal) that ground staff would assist all the people who would connect to Miami. They even announced it in the plane ! So off course I will blame them because this would got us through passport control in 5 minutes and everybody would have boarded the plane.

I'm not sure passport control often moves people along for connections - more often at security.

This whole thread reminds me of the Peter and Judith character from the BBC show "Come Fly With Me", btw.
