UA's system have been reported prone to show the non IOJ as 777-200. So if you are looking at UA, it is known to be unreliable at times for ANA.
If you are in J,.go to the seat selection it will be quite easy to see the type based on the seat map.

Hmm... it appears from the ANA website as well (at least if there isn't an equipment swap) that NH1012 post March 31st will have the First Square and IOJ J seats.
