Decided to join he FlyerTalk family and contribute our knowledge in this thread. We have researched Evolve and have some advantages of choosing ChargeSmart, instead.
- ChargeSmart allows you to pay using a credit card or debit card to any of the numerous of biller within our website. You can even pay you credit card off using your debit card.
- ChargeSmart payments are described as a "regular retail purchase", therefore the entire amount charged goes toward that customer reward points program.
- ChargeSmart Support Team is the best customer support in the business and can be contacted via email or phone, which is very uncommon in the bill paying market.
The advantages of using Chargesmart are plentiful, but the most eye-popping one is that you are able to use any major credit or debit card to pay your bill (Yes, even mortgages!).
ChargeSmart uses a very simple 3-step payment process compared to Evolve's multiple slow webpage layout. This is important because who wants to be on paying their bills for longer than you have to!
Evolve seems to be using a simple tactic of undercutting the market, but with limited ways to pay and once their resources dry up, the business doesn't seem to be sustainable and will eventually spike up their prices losing most of their customer base in the process.
