So interesting development, one week later - same situation at T-24.75. J5/P1/R0, still waitlisted. Went to J3 after one click of KVS, and then 5 minutes later, down to J0. As fortune has it though, looks like they cleared me along with anyone else still waitlisted ^
Apparently just like w/int'l flights now, if you clear a PS UG over 24 hours out, you don't show up on the Cleared list...
