Hmmm, do you know what local carrier you're using in HKG & across the border in CN? Speed - GPRS/2G/Edge or was it faster 3G/+ on what device? $100 for the month, is that in HKD (that's cheap/reasonable) or in USD (which would be on the "high" side in costs)
