Do be aware if pulled over by law enforcement (ie speeding) AND they verify the rental agreement and find you do not have an authorized driver operating the vehicle you could have legal issues. An associate and his co worker had this occur and ended up without a vehicle on the side of the road as the car was impounded. They ended up paying around 1200.00 before it was over and are banned from using Hertz for life.
