Several have posted that they've received approvals for a second card and were read the T&C's by the CSR. One person was even asked if he was applying just for the bonus.
I didn't experience this during my application process which gives me concern that a couple of months from now this thread will be renamed "Citi Ripped Me Off!!!"

So, has anyone actually gotten the bonus as second time? Anyone?
