Hard product:
My first impression was "Oh my god, this is the pinnacle of excessiveness: a seat and a bed." It's really cool that there was a cubby underneath the bed. The most square footage I've ever had flying. EOD a bit lacking. There were only a few movie titles in each category. Bathroom hasn't been updated and a bit long in the tooth. The faucet kept shooting water in bursts. Amenity kit lacked chap stick. The pajamas were plain for my tastes.
Service:
Service is extremely attentive, addressed by last name. Pretty old crew, LH reminds me of a German version of United. First class was 3/8, so 1:1 FA to pax. Greeted by captain after boarding. I'm a bit peeved that they didn't notify us in F that we could deplane. By the time we realized we could, half the passengers had already left.
Food:
Champagne, water, nuts pre-departure. Dinner was mediocre overall, a bit disappointing actually. But service was outstanding. I slept through breakfast and by the time I woke, it was 45 minutes to landing.

Beef was inedibly overcooked.

But the desert was amazing!
