if there are no problems or changes, you'll likely be OK. BUT any change can breed a world of hurt as their customer service is nothing-none-nonexistent.
Also keep in mind that what they sometimes do is take your $$ and essentially bet that they can find a ticket for cheaper than they charged you. If they can't it's possible you'll wind up close to your flight date with no ticket at all.
