A few colleagues are AC SEs and all have reported nice/accomodating US GAs and TAs moving them into exit rows/bulkheads on day of departure ... not just in SAN but systemwide across many US stations. Very much unlike the *G experience on today's UA.
I fly regularly SAN-YYZ/YUL on US and also enjoy their wifi experience all the way, now that pretty much all US metal have been outfitted with gogo. Should be a decent flight for an AC SE as well, albeit most likely in Y (exit or front rows).
I did get the exit row seat, but for a fee. AC SE status (at least through the web site) did not get this fee waived for me.
I have nexus/GE - I got a TSA Precheck (for the first time ever; one can not get this benefit when flying a foreign carrier such as AC). Are there any special TSA security lanes, or do I use the regular security lanes?
I am interested in the internet - are there monitors for each seat through which one can access the internet?
