spoke with live agent, the rep told me it wouldn't work because the charges are in authorization stage and not posted yet.
Pay over the phone (using debit card) is only available for the posted amount like I had $2208 posted amount (however there are $5500 as pending transcation) and I asked for $3000 payment, but representative told that he can do maximum $2208. So, I agree for $2208. So, we can pay only posted amount over the phone.
