I'm trying to book Aer Lingus's BOS-SNN flight (operated by Air Contractors) this August using United miles. I called the other day, and the agent said because it's operated by Air Contractors, I can't use miles as there's no agreement there. Is there a way to work around this?
I echo the idea of booking online - it's your best option. But if you must use an agent, just press the issue and tell them that you can see it available on their own website. Tell them to check out "GG EI" for the procedure.
