currently at this property for another stay....this is probably my 9th or 10th stay here....

each of the previous times i was seated in the lounge area & offered a drink during check-in....but this time they just gave me my key, nothing else....also there used to be cookies & fruit placed in my room as a welcome amenity....nothing this time as well....

my minibar fridge was not working & neither was the remote for the tv....a quick call to the front desk & both were taken care of promptly....but i feel these are simple things they should check before making a room ready for check-in....

still no suites ready here, even though its been over a year since they opened....
