HUGE POSITIVE if you and your family have iPhones:

-- Wife would call me on FaceTime Video from our house thru wifi and I was able to answer the call in 3G and have a good video chat with her -- it would freeze every once in a while, but it was not that often.

-- Was able to place and answer FaceTime Audio calls perfectly with very good quality and this is a huge benefit since these calls are all free.
