Re Business Class there is nothing anyone can do, as on short haul aircraft type changes a lot.
However, re departure time change, I think if you are unhappy with this new departure time you can contact CX to cancel and refund or change for free your flight based on the new departure time being inconvenient to yourself.
As CX have changed the departure time by 2 hours they should be obliged to assist you with cancellation and full refund or change to another flight with no penalty.
