One thing I was surprised to see is in the Int'l CoC, if the next flight to your destination only has space in First, delta "will" put you there, or upgrade others to free up space in coach. Good to know for future reference when they say next flight is all booked. I just assumed they wouldn't do something like that. Rule 80.

I also get a kick out if the language to the effect that they can change the CoC at any time. That borders on making it an unenforceable illusory contract. Could be fun in small claims, if only I had the time for that.
