...recommend that people do the same. However, the mnajor cards that have been issuing the chip for a while (Citibank HHonors and AAdvantage. Chase Mariott/Hyat, etc., BofA all are of the chip & signiture kind.) I don't know when we are going to catch up with the rest of the world (and decrease our fraud and Identity theft rate, by MASS ISDSUING of CHIP and PIN. Those are the ones that DEFINATELY work overseas and would decrease fraud so much. Just don't get why it takes 20 years + for us to catch up.
